Should We Be Concerned?

Usually, utility engineers communicate with each via telephone conversations, email and carrier pigeon. When that isn't sufficient, they draw each other glyphs and write in code and whatnot. Here are a few examples:



These are all from previous posts that make fun of all that stuff that they've spray-painted by speculating exactly what I think they mean. Yeah, hilarious stuff. Anyhow, when I saw this bit of prose at 3rd & Stewart, I was a little alarmed:

Oh my God, an unlocutable cogent! Run! It's time to panic, people! Wait a second - a cogent is harmless, isn't it? Don't they eat leaves? That's right, they do! Unless they get really hungry... So no reason to fear as long as they have enough leaves.
