It's kind of like he's saying, "Is that your cigarette butt? And you're gonna smoke it? OK, sorry." This guy is one of Denny Park's bolder residents. He's the only one who acts like he's going to climb up your leg if you don't make with the peanut and quick. I admire his pushy, big-city attitude.
