Yep, it's the scary skull guy, creator of this and this. This effort stands near the corner of 3rd & Blanchard. I guess he's decided that not enough this neighborhood's evil spirits have been warded off, so he's just gonna keep making poorly-rendered skulls. Keep trying, I say, your work someday might actually start looking like you want it to. Yeah, reach for those stars, Picasso.
