McGuire Scaffold-Watch! Week: ???? + 15

I walked past the McGuire today to take this picture, and golly, there was a lot of activity. The dwarf army was really going to town with the power tools. Could this mean we've entered a new phase? Probably not. As I've said numerous times in the past, the scaffold will remain for a very long time.

And as long as we're talking about the McGuire, I have a theory: the reason why the McGuire has such a crappy exterior is because it took steroids back in the nineties so it could hit more home runs in a season than anybody else. As everybody knows, steroids are bad for you in the long run. And now the birds, so to speak, are coming home to roost. We need for the other buildings to say no to steroids, too. Otherwise, more and more scaffolds will show up in this ugly, ugly neighborhood, thereby making it even uglier. I have spoken.
