Yeah, the Smith Tower is being all bashful and hiding behind the other buildings. Did you know that it used to be the tallest building west of the Mississippi for several decades? Do they still have elevator operators? That alone is a reason to rent office space there.
And yes, I'm aware that it isn't in Belltown. I just want everyone to know that you can see it from Belltown. That's all.
