Say Hello to Belltown's Newest Scaffolding!

Scaffolding, it's not just for the McGuire any more! Of course, this isn't even close to the scale of what's on the McGuire, but it is pretty ugly anyhow. This is all happening at the Bay Vista at 2nd & Broad, which should never be confused with Belltown's ugliest building, the Bayview Tower. Observe:

There are only two segments in total. The one above is set up on 2nd and this one below is on Broad:

They're using the window washing equipment to do basically the same thing that the dwarf army is trying to accomplish at the McGuire. The scaffolding is how they get back to the ground. So the Bay Vista also has some exterior crappiness, eh? Nice!
