It's still there! The only thing that's changed is that the dwarf army's supervisor appears to have gotten himself an elevator, so as to more easily supervise his army of hard-working dwarfs. See that little bucket-like thing about halfway up? Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. This is a good thing. Otherwise, the repairs to the exterior could go on for months and months and the entire building could be enshrouded in ugly scaffolding. Wait a second! It already has gone on for months and months and the building is completely encased in scaffolding! I say we need another dwarf army supervisor. And many more dwarfs.
