Encasement complete! This is a picture of the back (north) side of the McGuire. The entire building is now bescaffolded. And the army of dwarf masons toils on. And I stick with my previous prediction that in time, maybe a short time, maybe a long time, a transformed building will emerge from this cocoon, spread its lovely, colorful wings and fly off. The only problem is that having been in the cocoon for so long, it's very hungry, so it ends up eating most of downtown Bellevue.
