Not only is it still there, it's expanded to the east side of the building. It's spreading! I have a prediction: by midsummer, the entire building will be cocooned in scaffolding; a period of quiet will ensue. Then in the spring, a beautiful new structure will emerge and fly away, leaving room at 2nd & Wall for something less shoddily constructed. That is what I predict.
