At first I thought it had been painted by some enterprising and artistic soul, but alas, it's actually made of paper and glued to the wall - you know, like a poster. It doesn't really matter; it's still a nice addition to the neighborhood. As I've always said (and my friends will confirm this): Belltown needs more sumo babies. Seriously, I've been saying that for years. So I have a message for whoever executed this wonderful bit of posterage: Belltown needs more sumo babies! Please hang up more. Thanks.
Seattle is quite a beautiful city, no doubt about that. The Belltown neighborhood doesn’t swing that way. Much of it is downright hideously ugly. If not for all that ugliness, there’d be nothing to see. I’ve lived here for 20 years and I’ve only just started taking notice. Please join me on this odyssey of unsightliness as we try to figure out why poor Belltown looks so bad.

Sumo Baby Appears!
